I'm really worried about my grandfather. He's 75, and with his COPD and asthma, his breathing has become pretty challenging. There are these sounds when he breathes, and he seems to breathe from his stomach. Even just a little movement seems to make his breathing worse. It's like he can't be without oxygen at all now. His oxygen level is at 75, and carbon dioxide is 50. Could you help me understand what stage he's in?

View allI'm really worried about this sharp, razor blade feeling Ive been having in my lungs, especially when I cough. Its a constant pain, but at the same time, it feels inconstant, if that makes sense. And on top of that, I've been running a high fever. I haven't consulted a doctor yet, but should I be urgently concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?

My wife is six months pregnant and she's been struggling with a persistent cough and cold since her first month. We've been seeing her gynecologist regularly and they've given us some medicine, but it only offers temporary relief. Recently, the gynecologist advised us to consult a pulmonologist. I'm just concerned and wondering if it's safe for her to take allergy medication at this stage of her pregnancy. Any recommendations on what kind of treatment the pulmonologist might suggest?

I've been struggling with breathing issues for the past 45 days. It feels like the air isnt fully filling my chest, and I have to take deep breaths for 15 to 30 seconds for things to feel normal. I don't have a cold, cough, or fever, but today my throat is super dry and it feels like theres pressure inside. What could be going on? I'm really worried.
