I've been struggling with breathing issues for the past 45 days. It feels like the air isnt fully filling my chest, and I have to take deep breaths for 15 to 30 seconds for things to feel normal. I don't have a cold, cough, or fever, but today my throat is super dry and it feels like theres pressure inside. What could be going on? I'm really worried.

I'm really worried because I've been feeling this heaviness in my left upper area and sometimes it's hard to catch my breath. It's getting really uncomfortable and annoying. I saw a cardiologist but they didn't find anything. To feel better, I sometimes have to take deep breaths through my mouth. Do you have any ideas on what could help or any medicine you can suggest?
take pantop 40mg for 5 days and review further

I'm really concerned and was wondering how much oxygen someone with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis typically needs? Can you explain the process and what signs to watch for when oxygen might be necessary? Appreciate any insights you can share.
