I'm really worried about my sister. Shes been having chest pain and her X-ray came back showing some inhomogeneous opacity in the lower zone. It mentions something about infiltration. Could you explain what this means and what our next steps should be? What can we do to resolve this?

The X-ray report indicating inhomogeneous opacity in the lower zone with infiltration suggests a possible pulmonary infection or inflammation; next steps should include: consulting a pulmonologist or chest specialist, undergoing a CT scan or HRCT for better imaging, and getting blood tests (CBC, ESR, CRP) to confirm the diagnosis and guide treatment, which may involve antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, or further investigations.

View allIve been experiencing pain when I breathe or sneeze, and I've visited several doctors without finding any relief. I decided to get an ultrasound, and the results showed a pleural effusion of 300-400ml. I'm quite worried and unsure of what steps to take next. Can anyone offer some guidance on what this means and what I should do?

My dad's been dealing with MDR TB for over 3 months now, and we're waiting on the culture test results. It's a pretty long treatment, like 2 years, but he's been vomiting every day. Any idea what we can do about it?

My mom caught COVID back on April 17, 2021, and even though its been a couple of months, her oxygen levels are still fluctuating between 92 and 95. Plus, shes been coughing when she eats. I took her to see a pulmonologist on June 1, and she was under treatment until June 25, but the doctor said we didn't need to go back. Is this normal for her recovery?
