I'm looking at my chest x-ray and I'm worried it might be tuberculosis or maybe some other kind of infection. I've also been having some chest pain. Should I be concerned?

View allI've got a few fibrotic lesions with fine calcification showing up in my lung fields on both sides. What could be causing this, and how do I go about treating it? Is this something I should be seriously worried about?
Fibrotic lesions with calcifications in the lungs often result from past infections like tuberculosis or fungal infections, or exposure to environmental irritants. They are typically not serious if stable and not causing symptoms but should be monitored with regular imaging and lung function tests. Consult your doctor to rule out any underlying conditions or active disease.

I'm having some issues with wheezing here in Bangalore. My doctor suggested I take Mon Deslor at night to help. But I'm wondering, if during the day I start feeling uncomfortable because of the wheezing, can I take another dose of Mon Deslor to help with that? I'm also using a puff, so is it okay to combine all this? Just trying to manage this wheezing better.
Mon Deslor is typically taken as prescribed, usually once daily. If you're experiencing wheezing during the day, its better to rely on your prescribed inhaler (puff) for quick relief rather than taking an extra dose of Mon Deslor. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor to adjust your treatment plan.

I'm really concerned about my recent chest X-ray results which show that both hilar and lung markings are increased. Also, I've been having a fever fluctuating between 99-100 degrees for the last 15 days. No other symptoms have shown up yet. What could this mean? Should I be worried about anything serious?
