I'm currently treating my acne and my doctor told me to take Azithromycin 500mg three times a week before meals, but I've been having really bad loose motions on the days I take it, like up to four times. It's making me feel like all my energy is drained. Is this a normal side effect? Should I just keep taking it or is it better to stop?

you can stop taking azithromycin . U can consult dermatologist for further management.
