I'm currently on a rabies vaccine regimen and I've taken three doses with one more to go. Lately, I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and I haven't slept in two days. Is it safe for me to take sleeping pills?

There is no direct interaction between the rabies vaccination regimen and commonly prescribed sleeping pills. However, do not take any kind of sedative medication without consulting a certified physician.

View allI'm experiencing something kinda strange: I wake up in the middle of the night and find myself masturbating, but it's like I'm only half-aware while it's happening. I remember it clearly the next day, though. This has been going on for about 3-4 months now, mainly during sleep every 5-6 days. I don't feel the urge or masturbate during the day at allI've stopped doing that since a year ago because I'm trying to focus on my studies and stay out of relationships. It's got me feeling pretty down. I really want to stop this unconscious night-time habit. Any advice on what might be happening and how I can manage it?
It sounds like you're experiencing a form of sleep-related behavior, which could be related to your subconscious mind, stress, or other underlying factors. It's important to address any feelings of anxiety or stress and consider speaking with a counselor or medical professional who can help you manage this situation and find ways to regain control over your sleep and well-being.

I'm really worried about alprazolam. Is there a safe amount to take in one day? I'm concerned because I heard that 5 grams might be deadly. Also, can it interact with paracetamol if I take them together?

I just started taking Venlafaxine the other day and I'm noticing that my chest is getting more numb and tight every day. It's even giving me a bit of pain and makes it hard to breathe sometimes. I've heard I shouldn't just stop taking it because of withdrawal issues. Are these symptoms something that usually happens, or is something wrong? And if I decide to stop it soon since I just started, would I still go through withdrawals?
