I've noticed a white substance forming on the shaft of my penis whenever I pull back the skin, and this has been happening for the last 6 months. I'm starting to get really worried about these skin issues I've been having. My skin's been super itchy, and I'm dealing with these reddish, swollen patches on my hands and feet. It's got this burning sensation, plus the redness has spread to my palms, making it hard and painful to even close my hands. I was given an injection and have been taking Allegra 180, Atarax 10mg, and Zincovit, along with using Lactamine Lotion, but nothing's really helping.
