I'm currently using Androfol, Follihair, and Coverit Minoxidil to help with my hair loss, but I've noticed there's been no improvement over the past two months. I'm considering starting Finabald 1mg but I'm concerned about potential side effects. Would starting Finabald be a good idea, and are there any risks I should be aware of?

I've been dealing with folliculitis in my pubic area after shaving, and I've already tried using antibiotic creams and pills. It's been over three weeks now, and while the pimples seem to have improved, the issue still isn't fully resolved. Should I be worried that it's taking this long to heal?
