I'm currently using esiflo 500 transcaps for my asthma, but it doesn't seem to be working well for me. Can you suggest a better inhaler or any alternatives that might be more effective? I'm really looking for something that can provide better relief.

I would advise you to visit a pulmonologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo necessary investigations and get treated accordingly.

View allI'm 30 and have been dealing with some lung pain for about five months now. I've had an ultrasound, and the doctor mentioned swelling in my lungs. The pain gets worse when I sleep on my sides or stretch. I've had asthma since childhood and use a Foracort inhaler. My X-ray also shows an infection. Could you advise me on what medicine might help with this?
take tablet amoxyclav for 5 days , twice a day

I was diagnosed with COVID on June 24th and got treatment until July 10th. When I got discharged, the doctor said I didn't need another swab test. Since then, I haven't had any symptoms or health issues. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to go back to doing cardio workouts now. Also, what precautions should I take while exercising, and is it okay to focus on weight loss?
yes you can continue
