I'm currently using a Foracort 200 inhaler and Nasonex nasal spray daily for asthma, which I got diagnosed with in 2018. I'm also taking Yasmin tablets due to PCOD. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to receive the COVID vaccine considering these medications. Could you please provide some guidance?

However, her oxygen levels sometimes drop to 80, especially when she's sleeping. I'm really worried about how serious this might be. Can you tell me more about what foods she should avoid and what she should be eating instead?

Lately, I've noticed my oxygen levels are hovering around 97-99 and my pulse rate is about 70-78, but I'm still having this on-and-off breathing issue. It feels like my chest gets heavy, especially in the evenings, and it's been going on for about 10 days now. On top of that, my stomach feels a bit swollen. Could there be something serious going on here, or should I just maybe tweak something in my routine? What do you think?
take tab pantop for 3 days
