I'm currently using Sebamed cleansing facial foam and the deep cleansing toner, but with winter approaching, my skin is getting pretty dry. I'm also applying Adaferin gel on my nose to tackle blackheads. Do you think Adaferin can help with the blackheads? Any tips on managing the dryness?

View allI've been dealing with a fungal infection between my last two toes on both feet. I used to use Lulifin Lotion from Ranbaxy, and it worked to keep it under control. But lately, I can't find it anywhere. Could you recommend another option? Also, I have to use a dusting powder like Tzyo or Candid every day because the space between my toes is narrow. Is there a permanent solution you could suggest?
Probable diagnosis is fungal infection , candid cream for local application, once daily for 2 weeks is advised, also tab levocetrizine 10 mg at bedtime for 7 days is advised, if any allergic reactions dermat opinion is advised.

I'm really concerned because I've been using minoxidil for about 8 months now, and lately I've noticed that my hair is falling out quite a bit. It's like every time I comb my hair, apply the minoxidil, or even just touch my scalp, I see 7 or 8 strands coming out. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?
Excessive hair fall after using minoxidil for 8 months is concerning. _Possible Causes_ 1. _Minoxidil side effect_: Hair fall is a rare but possible side effect of minoxidil. 2. _Over-stimulation_: Long-term use of minoxidil can cause over-stimulation of hair growth, leading to hair fall. 3. _Underlying condition_: An underlying condition, such as androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, or scalp inflammation, might be contributing to hair fall. _Recommendations_ 1. _Consult a dermatologist_: Stop using minoxidil and consult a dermatologist to determine the underlying cause of hair fall. 2. _Reduce minoxidil frequency_: If the dermatologist recommends continuing minoxidil, try reducing the frequency of application to once a day or every other day. 3. _Add a scalp serum_: Use a scalp serum containing ingredients like saw palmetto, biotin, or keratin to help strengthen hair follicles and reduce hair fall. 4. _Maintain a gentle hair care routine_: Avoid excessive heat styling, use a gentle shampoo, and minimize combing or brushing to reduce hair fall.

I'm thinking about getting a permanent laser fairness treatment for my whole body because I have a pretty typical Indian skin tone, not too dark or too light. I'm really curious about which treatment centers offer the best results, especially if they're in or around Pune, and how much it might cost. I have normal skin, not sensitive, and I'm also wondering what steps I should take to keep my skin complexion fair after the treatment. Any advice would be appreciated!
