I'm on day 4 of my cycle and my doctor started me on Siphene 50mg because I had irregular egg sizes last month. Ive been taking it since day 2, but I noticed my period unexpectedly stopped around 3.5 days. Usually, it lasts at least 5 days. Could Siphene be the reason my bleeding stopped earlier this time? Id really like to understand what's going on.

Siphene may have caused a shorter or lighter period in your case, which can sometimes happen as a result of hormonal changes or adjustments. Its not typically known to stop menstrual bleeding altogether, but it can influence the menstrual cycle. If you're concerned, its best to check with your doctor, who may want to monitor your endometrial lining and overall response to the medication.

I'm a 19-year-old female, and I'm currently 4 feet 8 inches tall. I've been wondering if there's still a chance for me to grow taller, especially since my parents aren't very tall either. I'm really hoping to reach around 5 feet 2 inches. Is it possible for me to increase my height at this age? I've tried drinking ashwagandha powder mixed with milk for 15 days, hoping it might help, but I haven't noticed any changes. What should I do and is there anything else that might work? I'm really curious and would appreciate any advice you can offer.

I'm really eager to increase my height and I'm aiming for around 6'1''-6'2''. Is getting HGH injections a safe or effective option for me? Also, are there specific yoga exercises that can help with height growth? I'm really curious and would appreciate any advice you could offer on both these points.

HGH injections are typically only prescribed for medical conditions related to growth hormone deficiencies, and using them without supervision can have risks. For natural height growth, focusing on yoga poses like Tadasana, Surya Namaskar, and Trikonasana can help improve posture and flexibility, which may support your growth potential. It's always best to consult a doctor before considering HGH therapy.
