I'm dealing with allergies for the past 15 years, and because of this, my nose is always blocked, and I have a bit of trouble breathing. Taking steam and using Nasivion helps a bit, but I'm wondering what else I can do. Should I nebulize, and if so, what medicine should I use for it? The blocked nose also gives me a little rib painany advice on that?

I've had right vocal cord palsy for the last 3 months and my voice is still hoarse. What would be better for me surgery or voice therapy? I'm really worried about which option might work best

Talk to your provider if you have a condition or illness that increases your risk of vocal cord paralysis. These can include multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's, or recent chest or neck surgery. Voice therapy may prevent your condition from worsening and improve your vocal cord function.

I'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness. Is it something that happens often, or is there any reason I should be worried? Would appreciate some insight.

Thats common. Its sinusitis. Infection. Continue the medicines. Take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day Avoild refrigerated citruis fruits
