I'm dealing with alopecia barbae and it's really stressing me out. I'm desperate to find out what the best treatment options are to help manage or hopefully overcome this. Also, how much time does it typically take to see any improvements?

Alopecia barbae, which is a type of hair loss that affects the beard area, can be treated with minoxidil solution. You can apply minoxidil 5% solution twice daily on the affected area. It may take several months to see significant improvement, and treatment may need to be continued long-term to maintain results.

I'm dealing with this really annoying itchiness on my skin and there's these small boils and every time I scratch, my skin turns black. It's so frustrating because the urge to scratch is constant. Can you recommend an ointment or something that might help?

Can I use Dermadew soap on my face? I've been struggling with acne there. When I had back acne, this soap really worked miracles and cleared it up. Now that the acne's on my face, I'm wondering if it would be safe and effective to use it there too. On top of that, Im dealing with atopic dermatitis on my face as well. Could using the soap worsen this skin issue?
yes continue the medications as advised by the dermatologist.
