I'm dealing with alopecia barbae and it's really stressing me out. I'm desperate to find out what the best treatment options are to help manage or hopefully overcome this. Also, how much time does it typically take to see any improvements?

Alopecia barbae, which is a type of hair loss that affects the beard area, can be treated with minoxidil solution. You can apply minoxidil 5% solution twice daily on the affected area. It may take several months to see significant improvement, and treatment may need to be continued long-term to maintain results.

View allI'm considering using Candid B lotion on my scalp as my doctor suggested it for dandruff, but I'm a bit worried. Can it actually lead to hair fall?
Candid B lotion, containing clotrimazole and betamethasone, can be used on the scalp for dandruff, but prolonged use or excessive application may lead to hair loss, itching, or other scalp issues, so use it as directed by your doctor and monitor your scalp's response.

I'm a bit concerned about my health. I've had my vitamin D3 levels checked, and they seem fine, but I'm experiencing a white tongue. It tends to disappear when I eat but then comes back. I've also done some blood tests, and everything seems normal. What could be causing this? Should I be worried about the white tongue even though my tests are normal?

I'm struggling with my moustache not growing in the middle, and it's been this way since I started noticing facial hair. My beard also isn't as dense as I'd like. Interestingly, my dad has a really full moustache. Could there be a genetic reason or something else at play here? What can I do to encourage more growth?
