I'm dealing with a bad cold and cough and I've heard nebulization might help. Could you let me know which medications are effective for quick relief from these symptoms?

I'm really concerned about my health and could use some advice. Over the past 10 months, I've been having issues with sticky sputum and left side chest pain. And just recently, I noticed blood in my sputum along with pain under my armpit. I've lost around 12 kgs too, which is worrying me even more. I've done quite a few tests, like a CT scan, a heart echo test, and even a sputum AFB and Mantoux test, but they all came back normal. I also checked with a CT thorax with contrast and had a couple of chest X-rays, all normal. Blood tests like sugar, urea, creatinine, CBC, and a seroconversion test were negative too. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm really anxious about it all. Can you help me figure out what might be happening or suggest what I should do next?

Physician opinion is advised to the patient.

My dad got the second dose of Covishield and now he's having some symptoms like fever, body aches, and a mild cough. It's been 11 days, and even though he isolated himself and started taking Azithromycin and Ivermectin, he's still feeling pretty sick. His HRCT chest scan shows ground glass opacities and some consolidation, mostly in the basal and subpleural areas, with a severity score of 1125. His oxygen levels are around 94-97. I'm really worried, and Im not sure what to do next. What should our course of action be?

continue amoxyclav for 5 days twice aday

I've been dealing with a fever for about six weeks now. My doctor did a Mantoux test, which came back positive, and I started treatment for TB. The fever went away after four days, but now it's back. It spikes to 102 degrees around 3 PM and again after midnight. Is this something normal during TB treatment, or should I be concerned about it?

Stick to your treatment! Complete the full course! And just to be sure get an sputum AFB done if not done already! Next Steps Consult for further information and guidance
