I'm dealing with a blocked nose for the past three days and haven't taken any medicine until today when I tried Sinarest. I also attempted steaming once. Is Sinarest okay to use for quick relief?

View allMy sister has been dealing with ear ringing for the past year. Is there a chance that it can be cured?
Ear ringing, also known as tinnitus, can have various causes and treatments depend on the underlying reason. It is important to first determine the cause of the tinnitus before starting treatment. I recommend your sister to consult an ENT specialist for a proper evaluation. Treatment options may include using a white noise machine, counseling, or medications such as Betahistine (brand name Serc) at a dosage of 16 mg three times a day to help with symptoms.

I'm just wondering about how long you can use ear drops after opening them. If the bottle says they expire in November 2022, does that mean they're good to use until then, even if I've opened it?
After opening a bottle of ear drops, it is generally safe to use them for about 4 weeks. However, it is important to check the specific instructions on the bottle for any recommended duration of use after opening. If the bottle indicates an expiration date of November 2022, you can use the ear drops until that date as long as you follow proper storage instructions and there are no signs of contamination or changes in the appearance or smell of the drops. Make sure to recap the bottle tightly after each use and store it in a cool, dry place.

I'm spitting up a little blood when I clear my throat in the mornings. It happens about once a month, and it's not a lot of blood. I dont see any cuts or injuries in my mouth, but my nose is usually pretty congested. Also, my phlegm is kind of yellowish to green. What could this mean? Should I be worried?
as it just happened once its negligeble, and this could be due to pharyngitis or sinusitis orDNS,visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.
