I'm dealing with a boil that's started to ooze pus, and I've been using BETADINE to dress it. I'm wondering if there are any antibiotics that might help it heal a bit quicker. Do you have any recommendations or advice on what I should do next?

I'm thinking about getting a mole on the tip of my nose removed using the punch biopsy method. I'm curious about how long the healing process might take and if a scar will be left behind after the biopsy. I've even attached a picture of the mole. Can you provide some insight?

Punch biopsy is a common method used to remove moles for further examination. The healing time after a punch biopsy can vary, but typically it takes about 1 to 2 weeks for the area to heal completely. During this time, it is important to keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection. As for scarring, it is possible to have a small scar after a punch biopsy, especially on the nose where the skin is delicate. However, the scar usually fades over time and becomes less noticeable. To help with scar healing, you can apply topical creams containing silicone or vitamin E. For the removal of the mole on the tip of your nose by punch biopsy, I recommend consulting a dermatologist who can assess the mole and perform the procedure accurately.

I'm really worried about my penis; there's this redness on the forehead of the skin and some small red bumps on the side. There's no itching or fluid, but it burns and irritates. I've been using Candida B, Onbet, and T Bact ointments and have tried various creams, but nothing seems to help. My skin is scratching and there's a red rash. What should I do?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I'm currently taking Lulifin 1, Allegra 180, and Sebifin Syntran 200 mg, but my condition seems to be getting worse. Could you please advise on what I should do next?

It seems like you may be dealing with a fungal infection that is spreading despite your current medications. I would recommend adding an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (Canesten) to your treatment regimen. Apply it to the affected area twice a day for about 2 weeks. Additionally, you may consider taking an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole (Diflucan) 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks to help clear up the infection from within. Remember to maintain good hygiene practices and keep the affected area clean and dry.
