I'm dealing with a cold that's been lingering for about five days now. I've been using Alerid syrup but havent felt any better. Do you think Hicet syrup would be a better option to help with this?

Don't self-medicate with Nexpro 40 without consulting your doctor again. Recurring gas problems may indicate an underlying issue, such as:

  1. Acid reflux
  2. IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
  3. Food intolerance
  4. Gut motility issues

Chest pain on both sides, even if mild, can be related to:

  1. Gas and acid reflux
  2. Musculoskeletal issues
  3. Anxiety or stress
  4. Underlying cardiac conditions (rare, but possible)

I'm feeling unwell today with a headache and mild fever, and it's only getting worse because I'm also feeling cold and dealing with acidity. Is this something I should be worried about, and what can I do to feel better?

.you need to have food on time..do not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time. Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food, junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days..Thank you..For fever and cold I would suggest you to take paracetamo thrice a day..l and also drink water well

I've been dealing with a running nose and fever for the last few days, and now I've got a sore throat and cough since last night. These seem like symptoms of viral fever, right? Can you recommend any homemade remedies? The weather here is terrible, so I can't get to a doctor.

I recommend taking over-the-counter medications such as acetaminophen for fever and sore throat. You can also try using honey and lemon for your sore throat. Additionally, steam inhalation can help with your runny nose and cough. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
