I'm dealing with a constant itching and burning sensation between my legs, especially around my testis and anus. It's been going on for a couple of months now. I've tried a few things like Quard cream, surfazsn, and even consulted a doctor who suggested Ritch cream and levoctrizen, but nothing has helped. I also visited AIIMS Jodhpur where they recommended candid b, Fluconazole tablets, and powder, yet I still haven't found any relief. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I recommend trying a combination of Clotrimazole cream (such as Candid-B) for local application twice a day, Fluconazole tablet 150mg once a day for 7 days, and Fluconazole powder for dusting in the affected areas. This combination can help treat fungal infections effectively. Make sure to follow the prescribed dosage and duration for optimal results

View allI'm dealing with a fungal infection and now my testis skin is really dry. I've been using Tyza 250mg, Livafin Cream, LCZ 5mg, and Momate Cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping much or maybe it's just too slow. Can you suggest an alternative cream for dry skin down there?
Alternative Creams for Dry Skin* 1. *Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream*: A rich, non-greasy moisturizer for dry skin. 2. *Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream*: Provides long-lasting hydration and helps repair dry skin. 3. *CeraVe Moisturizing Cream*: A fragrance-free, non-comedogenic cream that helps repair and lock in moisture. 4. *Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream*: Soothes and moisturizes dry, itchy skin. *Additional Tips* 1. *Keep the area clean*: Gently wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water. 2. *Avoid harsh soaps*: Steer clear of soaps that contain fragrances, dyes, or other irritants. 3. *Apply moisturizer after bathing*: Lock in moisture while the skin is still damp. 4. *Wear loose, breathable clothing*: Reduce friction and irritation.

I'm dealing with some pigmentation and scars on my cheeks and around my nose and I've heard glycolic acid creams might help. Could you recommend a cream that could be effective for treating these issues? I'm a bit worried and would love some guidance on what might work best.
Melacare cream is advised or local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks, if any side-effecs dermatologist opinion is advised to the pt.

I started using Momate lotion and was wondering, am I supposed to wash it off after 30 minutes? I forgot to ask my doctor about it. Could you help me out?
No need to wash it you leave it whole night.
