I've just started taking doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules called doxy1 LDR FORTE for my acne, and I'm a bit unsure if this is the right treatment. Also, I'm curious about what the difference is between Doxy SL and doxy1 LDR FORTE. Can you help explain this?

I'm 25 and I've been using Cloben G for a couple of months, but now that I've stopped, my face has turned red and it's super itchy with these rashes. I'm really not sure what to do next. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

This could be due to withdrawal effects or rebound effects from the steroid in the cream. To help with the redness and itching, you can try using a mild topical corticosteroid like hydrocortisone cream twice a day on the affected areas. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like cetirizine once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep your skin moisturized and avoid any harsh skincare products. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've got a sebaceous pilar cyst on my head, and I'm looking to get it removed. I'm really worried and curiouswill my hair grow back after the cyst is taken out?

Sebaceous pilar cysts can be removed through a minor surgical procedure called excision. Hair typically grows back after the removal of a sebaceous pilar cyst, as long as the hair follicles are not damaged during the procedure. It is important to follow post-operative care instructions provided by your healthcare provider to promote proper healing and minimize the risk of complications.

Candid B lotion, containing clotrimazole and betamethasone, can be used on the scalp for dandruff, but prolonged use or excessive application may lead to hair loss, itching, or other scalp issues, so use it as directed by your doctor and monitor your scalp's response.
