I'm dealing with constant stomach pain whenever I eat or right after. It's really uncomfortable and sometimes results in vomiting. I also have frequent burps and just feel like something's off with my digestion. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

View allCan I eat mangoes before going to bed? How long should I wait after eating one? I'm a bit worried it might cause some digestive issues.
You can eat mango at night in moderation, but it's best to have it at least 1-2 hours before bed to give your body time to digest. Eating too close to bedtime might cause discomfort or indigestion for some people, especially if they have a sensitive stomach.

I've been dealing with a hiatus hernia for the past 2 years and have been taking a lot of antacids, but now I'm noticing side effects like burning mouth syndrome, gum irritation, and low vitamin levels. Can Ayurveda help treat hiatus hernia and reduce the gum burning? Also, I'm in Bangalore any recommendations here? Should I consider surgery for this condition?
Ayurveda can help reduce acidity but structural hernias need surgical correction. Look for centers like SDM Ayurveda or Jindal Naturecure in Bangalore.
