I'm dealing with a dry cough and I've been noticing black phlegm when I cough and sneeze. I don't smoke or drink, so I'm not sure what's causing this. My throat hurts and my voice seems different too. Could you help figure out what's going on?

I've been noticing something concerning over the past month. Every morning, I start coughing up blood, and then it begins to come from my nose too. The blood's dark red, kind of like a clot. I'm not dealing with a sore throat or any weakness, but it's worrying. Could this be serious?

My mom's been having some trouble with her breathing lately. There are times when she breathes with a noise. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's concerning. What could be causing this and what should we do about it?
Patient is advised x-ray chest pa view, pulmonary function tests (pft).
