I'm dealing with gallbladder stones and really want to avoid surgery are there effective ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments that could help me manage this condition naturally?

Most people with gallstones have no symptoms and don't need treatment. Those who do have symptoms often have surgery to remove the gallbladder. In people who do have symptoms, the most common one is pain in the upper right area of your belly. Other symptoms include nausea and vomiting

I'm having this really troubling issue where every time I eat something spicy, I end up with this horrible acid and gas buildup. It feels like the back of my head is going to explode, and the pain just doesn't go away until I vomit everything I've eaten. This sometimes lasts for hours. What's going on, and what can I do about it?

I've been having some issues since my C-section delivery about 10 days ago. I've noticed a mild constipation problem, but today was kind of alarming. I had stool twice, and the first one was a bit painful, but the second time, a few hours later, I noticed blood in my stool. My stool still feels pretty hard, and I'm really concerned about what's going on. Any advice on how to fix this?

I've been dealing with some stomach and upper abdominal pain for a couple of days now, and there's been a lot of bloating and gas too. I'm starting to worry a bit. Any idea what might be going on?

If you are not having any vomitting or loose motion, it is likely just a case of gastritis or bloating. You can take Pantoprazole 40mg before food for a couple of days, while restricting yourself to a reduced spice diet. You can also consider taking Simethicone for relief from bloating. Avoid lying down immediately after meals and try to eat in smaller quantities with increased frequency, instead of large meals with longer gaps. Keeping yourself physically active for at least 150 minutes per week has great benefits with regards to gut health and peristalsis.
