I'm dealing with hyperacidity and GERD for the past couple of years and have been on PPI meds for about a year and a half. I've tried different PPIs and regularly see my gastroenterologist, but my symptoms always seem to come back just a week or two after stopping the meds. Is taking PPI the only way to treat this, or are there other options I could consider?

Here are some general tips that may help:

Premature Ejaculation (PE)

  1. Practice relaxation techniques: Stress can exacerbate PE. Try relaxation methods like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
  2. Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help improve sexual performance and reduce stress.
  3. Try pelvic floor exercises: Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help you control ejaculation.
  4. Consider couples therapy: A therapist can help you and your partner work through any relationship issues that may be contributing to PE.

Penis Size

  1. Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep can help support overall health, including penis health.
  2. Avoid smoking and excessive drinking: These habits can damage blood vessels and reduce blood flow to the penis.
  3. Manage stress: High stress levels can lead to hormonal imbalances, which can affect penis size.

General Health

  1. Get regular check-ups: Consult your doctor about any concerns you have, including PE and penis size.
  2. Practice safe sex: Use protection to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's been quite concerning for me. I've had pain on the left side of my chest and abdomen, and sometimes the pain radiates from one side to the other, even to the back of my chest. This has been happening for about 15 days now, and the pain seems to come and go in both my chest and abdomen. Sometimes it feels like it's in different spots, maybe the left side, and then suddenly it's on the right. I haven't noticed any cold or fever, which makes me even more curious about what's really going on. I'm currently taking these medications: Normaxin RT, Tryptomer 10 mg, Abphyline, Netova 400, and Covifit. I just received test results back, and the sputum for AFB test is negative. Could you please help me understand what might be causing all this?

take one painkiller and one antacid . it will reduce your pain

I've been dealing with hyperacidity and heartburn for over a year now, even after cutting out tea and cola and sticking to home food. For the last three months, I've had to rely on Pentocid 40 every morning because Zinetac doesn't work as well. While it controls the acidity, I've developed a constant cough that doesn't bring up phlegm and sometimes wheezing. I've also started snoring a lot with my mouth open, leading to dry mouth and waking up at night. I really don't want surgery or an endoscopy is there a natural way to manage this? Also, could daily Pentocid cause side effects, especially since I'm already on Telma 40 for BP? I'm a bit of a hypochondriac but not stressed, and I don't smoke or drink. Just turned 45 could age be a factor?

.try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
