I'm dealing with hyperacidity and GERD for the past couple of years and have been on PPI meds for about a year and a half. I've tried different PPIs and regularly see my gastroenterologist, but my symptoms always seem to come back just a week or two after stopping the meds. Is taking PPI the only way to treat this, or are there other options I could consider?

Here are some general tips that may help:
Premature Ejaculation (PE)
- Practice relaxation techniques: Stress can exacerbate PE. Try relaxation methods like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
- Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help improve sexual performance and reduce stress.
- Try pelvic floor exercises: Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help you control ejaculation.
- Consider couples therapy: A therapist can help you and your partner work through any relationship issues that may be contributing to PE.
Penis Size
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep can help support overall health, including penis health.
- Avoid smoking and excessive drinking: These habits can damage blood vessels and reduce blood flow to the penis.
- Manage stress: High stress levels can lead to hormonal imbalances, which can affect penis size.
General Health
- Get regular check-ups: Consult your doctor about any concerns you have, including PE and penis size.
- Practice safe sex: Use protection to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

I'm having this issue where after I eat, it feels like food gets stuck in my throat or the back of my tongue. Sometimes, it even feels like it's stuck near my palate, and it gets really uncomfortable after every meal. I'm not sure what's causing it, but it's starting to worry me. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on here or what I should do about it?
This sensation could be due to a condition called dysphagia, which can be caused by various factors such as esophageal strictures, muscle disorders, or nerve damage. I recommend you try taking smaller bites, chewing your food thoroughly, and eating slowly to see if it helps. Additionally, you can try using a prescription medication like Esomeprazole (brand name Nexium) 40mg once daily before breakfast to reduce acid reflux and irritation in the esophagus. If the symptoms persist, it is important to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management.
