I'm dealing with irregular periods and haven't had them for two years now. It's been really worrying me, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you suggest a solution or any options I should consider?

I'm currently 6 weeks and 1 day into my pregnancy, and it happened through IVF. I just found out that my baby's heartbeat is 98 bpm at 6 weeks and 1 day. Is this considered low or is there any risk involved? I'm a bit anxious and would love to know if this is something I should be worried about.
