I'm dealing with an irritated nose and a persistent cough. I'm trying to decide whether I should take Okacet Cold or Lemonate for some relief. Can you help me figure out which one might be more effective?

I've been feeling really sleepy whenever I take Dolo 650. Is it known to make you drowsy? What can I do to help reduce this drowsiness?

Dolo 650 (paracetamol) typically doesn't cause sleepiness, but some people may experience drowsiness as a side effect. To reduce sleepiness, try taking the medication with food and avoid activities that require full attention until you feel alert again. If the drowsiness persists, consider consulting your doctor for alternatives.

I'm feeling a bit worried because I had a sore throat and fever a while ago, and my doctor prescribed me Forenza 325mg, which really helped after five days. But now, just a few days back, my sore throat returned, so I went back to the doctor and got prescribed a combination of cefpodoxime and azithromycin. I'm really concerned about taking both together because I read online about potential drug interactions. So, I've only been taking cefpodoxime 200mg twice a day for the last three days, but I don't see any improvement yet. Is it safe to take cefpodoxime again even though I used it before? And do you know if there are any interactions between cefpodoxime and azithromycin? I'd really appreciate any advice on this.

I'm feeling like I have a fever, but when I check my body temperature, it seems normal. I haven't got a thermometer handy right now. What should I do? Is there a specific medicine you'd recommend for this?

If you're experiencing internal feverish sensations without a raised body temperature, you can try taking Paracetamol (Crocin, Calpol, or equivalent) 500mg-1000mg, but if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor to rule out underlying conditions that may require specific treatment.
