I've been feeling really sleepy whenever I take Dolo 650. Is it known to make you drowsy? What can I do to help reduce this drowsiness?

I've been having a mild fever for the past couple of days, and it just came on all of a sudden. Along with the fever, I've got this headache, and my whole body feels kind of heavy.
