I'm dealing with an itchy throat and a tight feeling in my chest for the past four months. I've tried acidity meds, but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if spondylitis could be causing these issues. I also feel like my anxiety has ramped up because of the whole COVID situation, which might be making it worse. And sometimes, it feels like I can't take deep breaths properly. Could you please give me some advice?

View allI'm experiencing this pain in my upper chest, especially when I breathe deeply, cough, sneeze, or laugh, but I don't have a fever. However, I've got this dry cough going on. This has been happening for about a week and a half now. I'm a regular smoker, maybe around 3 to 4 cigarettes a day. Could this be something serious, or is it linked to my smoking habits? What should I do?
The pain you're experiencing in the upper chest, especially while breathing heavily, coughing, sneezing, or laughing, could be due to inflammation or irritation of the muscles or tissues around the chest, often linked to a respiratory condition. The dry cough and your smoking habit may also contribute to this discomfort. It's important to monitor your symptoms, and I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm really worried about how to manage my loved one's recovery from Covid. Their oxygen levels are mostly stable around 90, but whenever they start coughing, it drops really low to around 82 or 83. What can I do to help get rid of this cough? And are there any specific foods or things that can help boost their oxygen levels and ease the cough a bit?

Weirdly, my nose isn't blocked, and there isn't any pain anywhereeverything else seems normal. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can fix it?
