I've been dealing with a persistent cough for about a month now and I'm getting a bit worried. Could this be a sign of asthma or maybe an allergy? I've got my spirometer test results attached here.

I'm a bit worried about my lung health and I'm wondering if there's a way to check if my lungs are healthy at home without using any machines or equipment. Also, is it normal or safe for someone to hold their breath for a minute?

I've been having this breathing problem where I get kind of wheezy when I walk for a while, and it seems to get worse in the winter. It's been going on for about a year now. I'm really not sure what's causing it, and I'm wondering if there are any precautions or advice you could share to help me manage this.
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
