I've been having this breathing problem where I get kind of wheezy when I walk for a while, and it seems to get worse in the winter. It's been going on for about a year now. I'm really not sure what's causing it, and I'm wondering if there are any precautions or advice you could share to help me manage this.

View allI've been having trouble sleeping for about 4 months now. It began with daily nightmares and not feeling rested, but lately, it's just that I'm not getting enough good rest. I checked my oxygen with an oximeter, and it dropped to 73. I've got an appointment at the end of the month for a sleep study consultation, but I'm wondering if I should go to urgent care instead. My symptoms are getting worse, and I'm barely managing. What do you think I should do?

I've had pulmonary bronchitis in the past and got treated for it recently. It's been about two weeks since I also caught COVID, and while mostly everything's fine, I've noticed that some foods are making my phlegm worse. I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if I need to check in with a doctor. What do you think?

I recently had a chest x-ray and it showed that there are prominence bronchovascular markings. I'm a bit worried about what this means. If I start taking medication, will it help cure this condition?
