I'm dealing with latent TB and it's been a month since I stopped smoking. I'm wondering if it's okay to smoke weed occasionally in this situation. What are your thoughts?

View allI'm experiencing a lot of coughing, especially at night, and it's been happening for several days now. I know I have allergic rhinitis and asthma, and I usually find relief when I use my Livolin inhaler. Sometimes, I take Montair LC if I really need it. Could you give me some guidance on what's going on or what I should do?
start tablet mucinac for 5 days twice a day

I'm having trouble sleeping for the past week. When I first try to fall asleep, it suddenly feels like I can't breathe properly. I end up having to open my mouth just to get a good breath in. This has been happening every night for about half an hour right when I'm trying to sleep. I'm not stressed or anything, so I doubt it's anxiety. It's weird because I only notice this issue when I'm lying down to sleep. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
take steam inhalation half an hour before sleep.
