I'm dealing with a lot of pimples and acne lately, and I've been using Bbact ointment and aquaminol lotion to help. But today, while washing my face, one of my pimples got irritated, started bleeding, and now there's a blood clot. I'm worried about what I should do next. Any advice?

It's essential to address the bleeding pimple and blood clot properly to promote healing and prevent infection.
Assessing the situation:
- Bleeding pimple: The bleeding could be due to the pimple being scratched, popped, or irritated during washing.
- Blood clot: The blood clot has formed to protect the wound and promote healing.
Immediate steps:
- Stop using B-bact ointment and aquaminol lotion for now: Avoid applying any topical treatments to the affected area until it's healed.
- Clean the area gently: Wash the area with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with a clean towel.
- Apply a cold compress: A cold compress or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth can help reduce swelling and ease pain.
- Avoid picking or scratching: Resist the temptation to pick or scratch the blood clot, as this can lead to infection, scarring, or prolonged healing.
Promoting healing:
- Keep the area moisturized: Apply a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer to the affected area to promote healing and prevent dryness.
- Use a topical antibiotic ointment (if prescribed): If your doctor prescribes a topical antibiotic ointment, apply it as directed to help prevent infection.

View allI've been dealing with itching on both my hands and legs for the past three days, and I'm worried because there's been no improvement despite taking Allegra 180 mg and Defcort 6 mg. I had typhoid about ten days ago. Could this itching be related to that, or is it something else? I'm not sure if I should change my medication or if there's something else I should try. Any ideas on what's going on?

I've had this butt rash for around three months now, and I think it's been sticking around because of how it's been treated. The pharmacy gave me hydrocortisone cream and these fexofenadine hydrochloride pills to go with it. I'm putting the cream on just once a day and taking one pill daily too. The rash is bumpy and really itchy, plus it feels like the skin is getting kind of dry. What should I do?
Stopusing those medicines and visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm really worried because I've been having these tears in the skin below my scrotum and above the anus for about three months. Initially, it wasn't that bothersome, but now it's started itching quite a bit for the past 45 days. I'm using this Konaz anti-fungal cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. What could be causing this, and what should I do to get some relief?
