I'm dealing with a lot of saliva production, especially in the mornings when I wake up. Within minutes my mouth gets full of saliva, and I have to keep spitting throughout the day to manage it. It's a bit better after I brush, but it's still an issue. What's going on here, and how can I get this under control?

Excessive saliva production, also known as hypersalivation, can have various causes such as medication side effects, GERD, infections, or neurological conditions. In your case, since the issue improves after brushing, it could be related to oral hygiene. I recommend using a mouthwash containing chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12% solution twice daily after brushing. Additionally, you can try using tablets containing atropine sulfate 0.5mg to reduce saliva production. If the problem persists, consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm feeling quite tired all the time and I don't smoke or drink. My ultrasound report shows that my liver is enlarged to 16.5 cm. Do you think I should be taking any medication for this? I'm really curious about what might be going on and how I can manage it better.
Enlargement of the liver can be caused by various conditions, and feeling tired could be a symptom of liver dysfunction. I recommend taking Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) to help improve liver function and reduce fatigue. Additionally, you can consider taking Vitamin E supplements to support liver health. It is important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've just had some liver function tests, and my bilirubin levels came back at 2.9. Is this something to be worried about? Im not seeing any yellowing in my eyes or skin, and my urine doesnt seem too dark either. Who should I talk to for this? Any advice?

I've been having this pain that starts in my right waist and goes through to my abdomen. It starts off in the evening and keeps getting worse as the night goes on, becoming really severe until I take some medicine like Nicip P to help. I'm not sure which specialist I should reach out to for this. Any ideas?
