I'm dealing with Malaria and my doctor prescribed Falcigo sp kit, but I can't remember the dosage and how long I'm supposed to take it. Could you help me out with this?

the Falcigo-SP Kit is a single-day treatment. The contents of the kit (usually 3 tablets) are taken together as a single dose with water after a meal.Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and Do not consume alcohol while on antimalarial medication.

I got bitten by a rat at work about 27 days ago and accidentally scratched the wound too. I did wash it with water right away. My tetanus shot is up-to-date, but I never got any antirabies shots. Now the wound's healed completely. Do I need to do anything more about this?

I'm looking at my husband's blood test results, and I'm a bit worried. It says he's rapid positive for Dengue Fever NS1 Antigen. The Antibodies Panel shows IGG as negative but IGM is weakly positive. Plus, his platelet count is quite low, showing 26.0 when the reference range is 150-410. Does this mean he definitely has Dengue? What should we do next?
