I'm dealing with nonstop burping for the past couple of days, and it all began when I was doing some neck exercises. It just doesnt seem to stop. Could you please help me figure out whats going on and how I can make it go away?

Im having trouble brushing my teeth recently because I feel like Im going to vomit, even though the toothbrush doesnt go deep into my mouth. This only started happening in the mornings, which never used to be an issue before. Its weird since Im using the same toothpaste I always have.
