I'm dealing with an open wound on my foot and have been using CIPLADINE Ointment to stop any bacterial infections and pus. I'm really concerned and curious if this ointment will also help the wound itself heal. Can you advise?

CIPLADINE Ointment will help keep the wound free of bacterial infections and therefore help prevent complications, but it is not primarily a wound-healing ointment. You may need additional treatment (such as moisturizing and tissue-repairing ointments) to help heal the wound itself.

I'm getting married next month and I'm really worried because I'm dealing with something called frenulum breve. I've attached an image. Can you tell me what's the best way to treat or remove it? I really need some guidance here.

Treatment for this condition is a surgical procedure called frenuloplasty. This procedure involves cutting the frenulum to release the tightness. I recommend you to consult with a urologist who can perform the procedure. After the surgery, you may be prescribed pain medication such as Acetaminophen 500mg to manage any discomfort. Make sure to follow your doctor's instructions for a smooth recovery.
