I'm really concerned about something that's been going on for over a year now. I've been having sores for about 10 days each time but after using medicines like clarinova 500, they go away for a bit and then come back. Nothing seems to be working long-term. I'm also noticing some hair fall from the front lately. I'm worried if these issues, particularly the sores, might be related to excessive masturbation. Could you provide some guidance on what might be causing this and what I should do next?

That depends on the depth and type of the scars. With few types of peels and derma abrasions depth of the scars can be reduced.

I'm a bit worried about a burn I got on my foot from accidentally touching the bike silencer a couple of days ago. There's no pain unless water gets on it, then it really starts to hurt. I'm looking for a good ointment to help with it. I've attached a picture of the woundcould you take a look and suggest something that might help?

I've got these rashes around my private area that were starting to feel better when I was using candid B powder, but now there's this painful lump that's just popped up recently. I'm worried and trying to figure out what might be causing this and what kind of treatment would help. Any ideas?
The lump around your private area could be a result of a skin infection, possibly an abscess or swollen lymph node. I recommend seeing a doctor for an examination, as they might prescribe antibiotics or drain the lump if necessary. In the meantime, avoid tight clothing and keep the area clean.
