I'm dealing with pimples and dark spots on my forehead and was wondering if it's safe for me to use Acnestar gel. Can you let me know if this would work for me or if there's something better I should try?

View allI'm really worried because last night I did something silly. I put toothpaste on my forehead to try and get rid of some acne and left it on overnight. This morning, part of my forehead looks like it might be burntlike a chemical burn. I'm kicking myself for it. Do you think it will heal on its own, or am I going to have a permanent mark? Could you recommend any medicine or home remedyjust not aloe vera since I can't get any? I'd really appreciate your help.
calasoft lotion is advised to the patient.if any allergic reactions dermat opinion is advised.

I'm dealing with Grade 1 acne around my chin, jawline, and cheeks. I'm using Clindac A1 gel in the morning for a couple of hours and Deriva Cms Gel at night, also for a few hours before washing it off. The doctor also put me on Doxy 1 ldr forte, 100 mg, twice a day for 10 days. I'm really hoping to get rid of this acne completely. Could you tell me how long it might take, and if there's a chance this will leave any scars?

I've noticed I have a lot of thin vertical lines on my nails, and there's always one or two thick, noticeable ones on each fingernail. Its kind of worrying me because I have had tests done, like thyroid, x-ray, sugar, blood and urine tests, and everything has come back normal. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?
that could be due to mineral deficiency. consume foods that are rich in zinc like green leafy vegetables and fruits
