I'm experiencing a white beard issue, and it's quite concerning. I first noticed a couple of white hairs about two years ago, but now I'm dealing with over 40 or 50 on my face. Is there anything specific that's causing this, and how can I manage or prevent it from getting worse?

View allI'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. In just two weeks, I've lost half of my hair, and it's really shaking my confidence to the point where I just want to hide away. I'm wondering if I should start wearing a wig and just hope for the best. Is there any chance my hair will grow back, or should I be prepared for the possibility of going bald? This whole thing is incredibly stressful and I'm struggling to cope. Looking for some advice on what I should do.

I'm noticing a lot of premature grey hairs and it seems like they're increasing every day. Do you have any advice or solutions for this?
Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. there is also one lotion which is supposed to work.
