I'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. In just two weeks, I've lost half of my hair, and it's really shaking my confidence to the point where I just want to hide away. I'm wondering if I should start wearing a wig and just hope for the best. Is there any chance my hair will grow back, or should I be prepared for the possibility of going bald? This whole thing is incredibly stressful and I'm struggling to cope. Looking for some advice on what I should do.

View allIm considering getting hair PRP and I'm a bit nervous about the whole process. Could you share the latest procedures for this treatment? Also, what type of anesthesia will you be using?
For hair PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment, the latest procedure involves extracting a small amount of blood from your arm, processing it to separate the platelet-rich plasma, and then injecting it into the scalp to stimulate hair growth. The type of anesthesia commonly used for this procedure is local anesthesia, which is applied to the scalp to minimize any discomfort during the injections. The brand name of the local anesthesia that can be used for this procedure is Lidocaine. The dosage and concentration of Lidocaine will depend on the specific protocol followed by your healthcare provider, but it is typically administered in small amounts to the scalp before the PRP injections. Remember to discuss any concerns or questions about the procedure with your healthcare provider before undergoing the treatment.

I've been struggling with an addiction to masturbation for the past 5 years and just can't seem to quit. I've tried multiple times, but my longest streak without it is only 10 days. I'm really at a loss here and wondering if there are any medications that could help me break this habit once and for all. Any advice?
- no medicine available for that . consult psychologist for that.
