I'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. In just two weeks, I've lost half of my hair, and it's really shaking my confidence to the point where I just want to hide away. I'm wondering if I should start wearing a wig and just hope for the best. Is there any chance my hair will grow back, or should I be prepared for the possibility of going bald? This whole thing is incredibly stressful and I'm struggling to cope. Looking for some advice on what I should do.

View allI'm curious to know if doing yoga poses like handstands or headstands could actually help in regrowing hair. If they do, which one would be more effective for promoting hair growth: the headstand or the handstand? I'm really looking for something that might make a difference.
