I'm dealing with a really bad cold and sore throat, and I've just started feeling a bit of chest pain. I'm wondering if it's safe to inhale steam with Karvol Plus added, through my mouth. Do you think that could help, or should I be worried about any side effects?

It's not recommended to inhale Karvol Plus steam water directly through your mouth, as it may irritate your throat. Instead, inhale the steam through your nose, allowing it to gently soothe your congestion and sore throat. If you're experiencing chest pain, it's best to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation.

View allWhat is the healthiest sleeping position?
Every individual is different, there is no "one-size-fits-all" position to sleep. One needs to follow what works for their body and sleep needs. Sleeping on left side curling your legs and placing a pillow in between your knees is good for low back, during pregnancy, reduces snoring and acid reflux. Lying on stomach is good for snoring and sleep apnea. Sleeping flat on your back protects the spine, relieves hip and knee pain.

Is it okay if I drink 180 ml of whisky every day? I'm 37 years old, weigh 76 kg, and I don't take any regular medications like BP, sugar, or thyroid meds. Should I be concerned?
stop taking alcohol daily as it may cause liver cirrhosis

I've been really worried because I lost my sense of smell around October 14th or 15th. I got tested on the 16th and my ct value came back as 27. I've been isolating since the 15th, and I haven't had any other symptoms. My oxygen, pulse, and temperature have all been normal, and thankfully my sense of smell has returned. I'm just wondering, when is it safe for me to come out of isolation?
21 days of isolation is enough and safe, maintain that, eat healthy and take rest.
