I've been having chest pain for about two weeks now, mostly on the left side under my breast. It's really uncomfortable because it gets worse when I lie down and feels like it's traveling to my back. Breathing deeply is painful, like a pinching feeling, and sneezing isn't an option because of the pain. I also feel like there's mucus in my throat, although I'm not coughing much. Last year around this time, I had a bad cough that lasted a month. When I saw a doctor last year, they had me do a chest X-ray and an HRCT, but those were normal, as was my CBC test. They gave me a painkiller with paracetamol since I had a fever in the beginning, but the fever's gone now. The chest pain isn't improving and seems to be getting worse. Do you have any advice on what I should do?

I'm having trouble breathing through my nose and it feels like I'm not getting enough air, so I have to breathe through my mouth instead. Its especially tough when I'm sleeping, and now my chest is starting to hurt since Im always using my mouth to breathe. This reminds me of when I was young; I used to jump rope a lot, like 2000 times, and a doctor once said that caused a breathing issue for me back then. I feel like I'm going through the same thing again. What do you think might be the issue this time?

I'm a bit confused and worried after my recent tests. I had pleura fluid removed and the ADA test showed a result of 55, leading the doctors to say it's Tuberculosis. I'm trying to figure out if this means I have pulmonary tuberculosis or pleura tuberculosis since it's involving the pleura fluid. Also, my Gene Xpert test came back with "mycobacterium not detected." Can you help me understand what type of TB this might be and whether it means I have drug-sensitive or drug-resistant tuberculosis? I'd really appreciate some clarity on this.
