I'm dealing with really bad hemorrhoids and might need surgery, can you suggest a good hospital in Bangalore's Whitefield area for this?

For potential hemorrhoid surgery in Whitefield, Bangalore, consider Aster Whitefield or Manipal Hospital. Both offer general surgery services and may have specialists in proctology or colorectal surgery, which are relevant to hemorrhoid treatment. Justdial also lists several hospitals and clinics specializing in piles treatment in Whitefield, like Vishwa Piles Hospital, which might offer surgical options

I'm dealing with what looks like grade 2 piles do I need surgery or will it go away on its own? Right now I'm taking Himalaya Pilex 2 tablets twice a day and using the ointment too. Is that enough treatment? How long until it heals? I've attached a photo of the swelling for reference.

conservative therapy is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with what I think is an external thrombosed hemorrhoid for about 5 days now. I noticed some slight bleeding months ago but didn't think much of it. Now it seems bigger and more purple, and while the pain comes and goes, I'm not sure if it's getting better or worse. Should I stick with home treatment or look into seeing someone about surgery or other options?

fistulectomy is advised.sx opinion is advised.

I've been having a lot of swelling and really bad pain in my perineum and one side of my anus. I can feel this firm lump near the anus opening and the whole perineum area is super swollen and firm too. It's incredibly painful and sometimes I get the chills and a fever from all the pain. I've been taking paracetamol to help a bit, but the pain just keeps coming back when it wears off. It's been like this for three days now, and it's just getting worse. I tried sitting in hot water and it gives some temporary relief, but I'm worried. What could this be and how do I treat it?

Your symptoms, including severe pain, swelling, and a firm lump in the anal region, perineal swelling, chills, fever, and temporary relief with hot sitz baths and paracetamol, suggest a possible perianal abscess or anal fistula consult general surgeon
