I've been worried ever since I used Betnovat for a month or two last year and then stopped when I found out it could be harmful. A couple of weeks after I quit, I noticed these bumps showing up and now my skin is really sensitive and dry. Do you think these are side effects from Betnovat, and if they are, will my skin eventually recover? How long might it take for everything to get back to normal? I've started using Cetaphil cleanser and Physiogel cream, but I'm not totally sure if any of this is related to Betnovat. Could you advise on this?

My mom has had a skin issue on her heel for the last two years. It usually doesn't hurt but gets itchy, and if there's a cut in that area, it starts to pain. We've tried treatments before, but nothing worked. Now that we're in Mumbai, I'm hoping to find a good dermatologist who can help without suggesting surgery. Most of the ones I've seen here focus on anti-aging or cosmetic procedures. Can you recommend someone who specializes in skin conditions like this? I've attached pictures of the affected area.

I'm dealing with hair loss and I'm wondering if it's safe to use both hair serum and minoxidil at the same time? I'm concerned about whether they might interact negatively or if one could cancel out the others effects. Do you think using them together would be beneficial, and if not, should I stick to just one of them?
