I'm dealing with some intense itching on my scrotum that started last night, and it's getting really unbearable. There's no redness or any marks, though. Any idea what could be causing this, and how can I get some relief?

The itching on your scrotum could be due to various reasons such as fungal infections, eczema, or contact dermatitis, so apply an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream and if the itching persists or worsens, consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
