I'm dealing with some really bad burning and itching in my anus, plus there's bleeding too. It's super painful when I go to the bathroom, and I feel the burning and itching all day long. Is it possible to treat piles completely without surgery? Can I get rid of it completely with just medication? What can I do to sort this out?

Consult your doctor before adding flaxseeds to your diet, especially with kidney problems.
Flaxseeds are high in oxalates, which can worsen kidney stone formation or exacerbate existing kidney issues.
However, flaxseeds also have anti-inflammatory properties and omega-3 fatty acids, which may benefit kidney health.
Your doctor can help determine if flaxseeds are safe for your specific kidney condition.
If approved, start with a small amount (about 1 tablespoon) and monitor your body's response.
Regularly follow up with your doctor to adjust your diet and treatment plan as needed.

View allI've been on these PPI meds for over a year now - dexlansoprazole 60mg daily, esomeprazole 40mg daily, and levosulpiride 75mg daily - but I'm still dealing with acid reflux, esophagitis, and gastritis. What are the long-term side effects of staying on PPIs this long? Is it safe to keep taking them beyond a year? Are there any surgical options that could help cure this instead? I can share my endoscopy report if needed.
Long-term PPI use is generally safe but may cause low magnesium, B12 deficiency, and gut flora changes. Surgery (like Nissen) may help if you're not responding. Share endoscopy for detailed advice.

I'm having this weird sensation like something's stuck in my throat, and sometimes I even feel pain that goes all the way down to my chest. It seems to get worse when I wake up in the morning, but when I gargle or have some green tea, it feels a bit better. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
it can be due to post nasal drip
