I'm dealing with some serious itching in my butt crack, and it's driving me crazy. Living in Mumbai, the humidity makes me sweat a lot, especially down there. I also have thick body hair, which doesnt help. Even touching it lightly causes a painful burning feeling. Any advice on what could help?

I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (brand name Canesten) twice a day in the affected area. Keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose cotton underwear to allow for better air circulation. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) to help with the itching. If the symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

View allI've been prescribed Finabald 1mg once daily for my hairfall issue, but I'm a bit anxious about it because I've heard there could be side effects. I'm getting married in a few months and I really don't want to risk anything. Is there a safer alternative to Finabald that I could consider?

I'm eating a lot of non-veg food every day, and I'm noticing my body feels hotter because of it. It's leading to pimples popping up on my chest and shoulders. Do you have any advice on how to change my diet to cool down my body? Are there any medications that could help clear these pimples up more quickly?
You may have to consult a Dermatologist to rule out other causes of pimples on your thorax. Medication such as antibiotics combined with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid may be required in your condition. You can try to reduce heat in your body by incorporating cooling foods in your diet such as cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, and leafy greens. Additionally, avoid spicy and oily foods that can further increase body heat.

Ive been dealing with some small acne on my face and went to a dermatologist about a month ago. He prescribed some medicines after examining me, but unfortunately, the acne hasn't improved. The medications were Phexin 500 mg, Doxy 1 LR 100 mg capsules, Zitcare, and Acnovate gel. Should I keep using these or try something different? I'm just a bit worried about why they haven't worked yet and would love some advice!
the medications are appropriate for the condition ,if they doesnt work on your skin need to switch to other drugs, visit your dermatologist for appropriate treatment and ruleout the cause for acne.
