I'm dealing with some spinning sensations and my doctor thinks it might be Meniere's disease. I've been taking betahistine tablets to help with the vertigo, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Is there something else I should be trying or any advice on what to do next?

I've had this small lump on my neck for like 10 months now. I saw an ENT doc who said it's nothing to worry about. He did mention something about surgery, either now or later. My friend's dad had a similar lump, and their doctor insisted on surgery which cost them around 1 lac. Should I be worried about this lump even though there's no pain?

Yours might be a different scenario,do not worry but as your doctor suggested better to get it removed, follow their advice

I've been having these solid gummy fleshy things come out of my nose which I think might be nasal polyps. I get really bad sinus infections about three times a year since my tonsils and adenoids were taken out when I was in 4th grade. I'm 20 now and these sinus infections just seem to hit me overnight. What could be causing this and is there anything I can do to prevent them?

To reduce recurring throat infections: *Foods to Avoid* 1. Spicy or acidic foodsdrinks 2. Dairy products (if lactose intolerant) 3. Processed meats 4. Sugary foodsdrinks *Foods to Eat Regularly* 1. Warm liquids (tea, broth) 2. Soups (vegetable, chicken) 3. Honey (antibacterial properties) 4. Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons) 5. Leafy greens (spinach, kale) *Supplements and Medications* 1. Vitamin C supplements 2. Probiotics 3. Zinc lozenges 4. Throat Coat tea or slippery elm lozenges 5. Consult your doctor about daily antacids or acid reducers (if GERD is suspected) *Daily Habits* 1. Stay hydrated 2. Practice good hygiene (handwashing) 3. Avoid close contact with people who are sick 4. Get enough sleep 5. Manage stress Consult your doctor or an ENT specialist for personalized advice and treatment.

I've got this pimple or bump on my uvula, and it's really painful when I eat or drink. I'm not sure whether this is something that'll go away on its own or if I should get it checked out. What do you think?

It sounds like you may have a small irritation or infection on your uvula, which can cause discomfort while swallowing. While it might resolve on its own, if the pain persists, worsens, or you notice other symptoms, it's a good idea to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
