I'm dealing with a sore throat and a lot of coughing. Can you tell me what medicine would be best to use for nebulization in this situation? I'm a bit worried and want to make sure I'm using the right treatment.

For throat pain and severe coughing, nebulization with levosalbutamol or budesonide (as advised by a doctor) can help reduce inflammation and ease breathing. Use warm salt water gargles for throat relief and stay hydrated. Consult a doctor for proper dosage.

View allI'm dealing with this issue for the past few days and it's got me a bit worried. I'm allergic and under treatment from my pulmonologist. I take montoluekast tablets and use an inhaler three times a day. Lately, though, I've been experiencing this odd sensation where my breathing feels heavy, or like I can't completely exhale. It only lasts about 10 to 15 minutes and then it's gone. I can do all my activities like walking briskly for half an hour and jogging in the morning. I also do pranayam breathing exercises almost every day. Do you think I should get tested for something specific? Could there be an issue with my lungs?
it might be due to your anxiety

I just moved to Bengaluru and for the past four nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. Before coming here, I was getting Ayurvedic treatment for Allergic Rhinitis but stopped once I moved. I'm worried if this breathing issue is somehow connected to the Allergic Rhinitis. Could it be related?
yes do to allergens
