I'm dealing with a sore throat that really bothers me at night, but it gets a bit better from morning to afternoon. There's no fever or anything like that. I'm finding it hard to concentrate on my exams because of this. What can I do to ease the discomfort?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a viral infection causing your sore throat. To help relieve your symptoms and focus on your exams, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol) or ibuprofen (e.g. Advil) for pain relief. Additionally, you can use throat lozenges or gargle with warm salt water to soothe your throat. It's also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids and get enough rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I've been having this uncomfortable feeling in my throat, like there's something stuck in my larynx. I had a tonsillectomy about three years ago and I'm worried it might be related. On top of that, I'm experiencing some breathing problems. Could this all be connected? Would love to understand what's possibly going on.
